Question: I don't live in Texas. Can you still design a custom patio enclosure system for me?
Answer: Yes. More than 80% of the enclosures we manufacture are shipped to customers all over the country.
Question: Do you offer a thicker vinyl than the 20mil?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to get a heavier vinyl, however we have found that it isn't necessary because we have engineered our products to work in all types of harsh conditions including wind, rain, salt water and freezing temperatures.
Question: We aren't sure if we will need to install the curtains on the inside or outside walls. What is your opinion about interior and exterior installation?
Answer: We have clients that install them both on the inside and outside. While we believe that outside is the best, we realize that this isn't always possible. Our design engineer will work with you to figure out the best placement of the product which may include both inside and outside if your situation requires it.
Question: Where do the zippers on the climate control curtains attach to the house?
Answer: Curtains that are next to each other will zip to each other. Curtains that are hung next to walls or posts will be zipped to our special flap closures attached to the wall or post.
Question: Do the climate control curtains zip across the bottom?
Answer: Our engineers have determined that the tie-downs are the best way to secure the bottom of your climate control curtains to a knee wall or floor. If you are doing the installation on your own or with a local contractor, our designer will include placement locations with your installation instructions.

For more information on how to extend the life of your enclosure, be sure to see our "Care and Handling" section.
Question: Do you have a local installer for my curtains?

Question: How do Home Owners Associations normally respond to home owners who want to use your product?
Answer: We have found that most Home Owners Associations have no problems with our products since they are completely removable and in most cases, roll up completely out of sight.
